The office, located on the main floor, comes complete w/ office furniture, computer(DSL available), printer, fax, & phone.
The laundry/utility room offers washer/dryer, utility sink, top load freezer, extra storage, commercial water heater, and more.
The meeting room, currently serving as a break/snack room, is located just off of the dining room and provides extra gathering space for small groups.
The two restrooms on the 1st floor are handicap accessible, one of which adjoins the handicap accessible room and includes a walk-in shower. It can be closed off from the main area and be used solely for the handicap accessible room.
